Frequently Asked Questions

We can happily provide you with a guideline of what is typically suitable for your needs. With that in mind, we can decide an appropriate session length together after your complementary consultation. 

We will endeavour to deliver your photos as soon as possible - within reason of course!

We aim to deliver photos within 5-7 business days. This can/may vary depending on the number of photos/length of session etc.

 - please note, your photos will not be delivered until your remaining invoice balance is received.

You will be given an estimated delivery date during your complementary consultation, based on your specific needs. 

We recommend that you provide us with a flash drive and/or hard drive on to which we can transfer your files.

If you would prefer them to be delivered digitally, this can be discussed during your complementary consultation. 

Short answer, no! The session times noted will cover all the time we are actively taking photos/videos (as appropriate). It does not cover downtime between events, travel time or breaks taken by our staff to eat etc. 

We understand that even the most meticulously planned events can have last minute changes.
Within reason, we have a sliding scale of grace periods. This can be covered during your complementary consultation. 

It will depend on your event. If we need to travel to multiple venues to cover your event, then yes. Also, if we need to travel out of Auckland, then yes.

If your event is happening at one location within Auckland, then it is very unlikely you will be charged for travel. We will confirm this during your complementary consultation.  

Our payment structure is as follows:

- 25% initial deposit required to reserve your event date 

- 25% second deposit required one calendar month prior to your event*

- balance due within 5 working days of your event. Balance is to be received in full before delivery of photos occurs.

* if there is less than a month between the time when you engage us and your event, there may not be a second deposit due. This will be confirmed during your consultation.
